Please note that small group training is not just "fitness classes." We treat small group training like one-on-one personal training, providing coaching and support to individuals as if they were one-on-one clients. This includes weekly check-ins and accountability, progress tracking with our training apps, and adapting the training to each individual's needs within a group environment.
Fitness classes, such as HIIT, cycle, aerobic step, and full body express, are different. If fitness classes are what you are after, we suggest our 10 Fitness Class Pass.
